This 5-week course will help athletes work towards mastering both strict and kipping variations of each movement:
DECEMBER 10 - JANUARY 14 | SUNDAYS 10:00AM - 11:00AM
The program begins with basic fundamentals and builds in difficulty as reps are completed safely and consistently. Each class concludes with homework to reinforce skills learned. Warm ups will be provided in advance so the full hour is dedicated to skill coaching.
Coach Matt Vincent has been coaching for over 11 years. He has helped individual athletes understand and conquer their weaknesses in these particular gymnastics moments countless times.
This course is designed for athletes with a strong foundation in basic gymnastics movements (push ups, pull ups, sit ups) looking to take their fitness to the next level.
